(a) Proposed Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share

The Board of Directors of Kuchai wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 October 2022 recommended the following proposed dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 54th Annual General Meeting ("54th AGM") of the Company. The said dividends, subject to shareholders approval at the forthcoming 54th AGM, will be made payable on 6 January 2023 to shareholders whose name appears on the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 23 December 2022:-

(a) Proposed Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share
(b) Proposed Single Tier Bonus Dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share
