Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 October 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of GLM, HLIB wishes to announce that the listing application to Bursa Securities in respect of the listing of and quotation for such number of new Shares representing up to 10% of the total number of issued Shares (excluding treasury Shares) to be issued under the Proposed ESS on the Main Market of Bursa Securities has been submitted today.
