The Board of Directors of Berjaya Land Berhad (“BLand”) wishes to announce that its 100%-owned subsidiary companies namely Noble Circle Management Sdn Bhd, Flexiwang Sdn Bhd and Berjaya Enamelware Sdn Bhd, which are currently dormant have commenced members’ voluntary liquidation pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Proposed Winding-Up”).
The details of the Liquidators which have been appointed for the Proposed Winding-Up are as follows:-

The Proposed Winding-Up is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of BLand or any regulatory authority.
The Proposed Winding-Up will not have any effect on the issued share capital and shareholding structure of BLand. The Proposed Winding-Up is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the BLand Group.
None of the Directors and major shareholders of BLand and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Winding-Up.
