We refer to the Company’s announcements from 11 October 2019 to 3 October 2022 in respect of the Company’s plans to regularise its financial condition pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A (“Announcements”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”).

The Board of Directors of Anzo ("Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 October 2022 entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Eco to negotiate in good faith with a view of entering into joint collaboration agreement (“JCA”) and subject to mutual agreement by the Parties of the terms of the same and subject to obtaining all necessary approvals and authorisations, to participate in the proposed regularisation plan of Anzo.
