Further to our Announcement dated 17 October 2022, the Board of Directors of BLand wishes to announce that its 67.42%-owned subsidiary, IEL which is listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”), together with its 100%-owned subsidiary, Berjaya Leisure Capital (Cayman) Limited (“Offeror”), have released a joint announcement to the SGX-ST on the electronic despatch of the exit offer and warrants offer letter in connection with the directed delisting of IEL by the SGX-ST.
