The Board of Directors of ITRONIC wishes to announce that ITRONIC had on 4 November 2022 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Malaysian NGV Berhad (“MNGV”) to discuss and negotiate in greater detail for the proposal to form a consortium that have been short listed and in final presentation  for the tender as Investor and Master Developer to build- operate-own (B00) of Kedah Aerotropolis project .
