Reference is made to the announcements of the unaudited 4th quarter financial results ended 30 June 2022 (“Q4 2022 unaudited financial results”) and the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 (“AFS”) which were released to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 30 August 2022 and 7 November 2022 respectively.

Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(35) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of BPHB wishes to announce that there is a variance of more than 10% between the AFS and the Q4 2022 unaudited financial results, in respect of the net profit after tax and non-controlling interests of BPHB of RM74.80 million in the AFS as compared to RM66.40 million as announced in the Q4 2022 unaudited financial results.
