Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-01112022-00005, kindly be advised that the above Company has on 7 November 2022 submitted its Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2022 (AR 2022) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for public release pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

In view of the above, please be advised there will be no suspension of trading in the above Company's securities on 8 November 2022.
