Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements made on 14 June 2022, 16 June 202, 13 July 2022, 19 July 2022, 5 September 2022, 13 October 2022 and 18 October 2022 in relation to the same.

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of SCBUILD wishes to announce that the decision of Enclosure 4 and Enclosure 13 fixed on 10 November 2022 has been adjourned to 19 January 2023.
