On behalf of the Board of Directors of ELK-Desa, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake an issuance of 151,603,559 new ordinary shares in ELK-Desa (“Bonus Shares") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing ELK-Desa Shares held on the entitlement date to be determined and announced at a later date.
