Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 5 December 2019, 30 April 2021 and 4 March 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition between Paragon Globe Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“PGP”) and Iskandar Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“IIB”).
