Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 15 July 2022, 29 July 2022, 26 September 2022 and 27 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (collectively, the “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Announcements. 

The Board of Directors of LICB wishes to announce that AMSB’s solicitors had on 24 November 2022 confirmed that it has received Yinson’s solicitors written notification of the receipt of the approval of the State Authority for the transfer of the Property by Yinson in favour of AMSB dated 15 November 2022 (i.e. Transfer Approval) together with a copy of the said Transfer Approval duly certified as true copy by Yinson’s solicitors and accordingly, the Proposed Acquisition has become unconditional for purposes of completion on 24 November 2022.
