Issuance of up to 340,402,032 free warrants in Lion Industries Corporation Berhad ("LICB") ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares held in LICB as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 December 2022
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 08 Dec 2022
2) The last date of lodgment : 09 Dec 2022
Remarks :
The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors in due course. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
The Company wishes to advise that the entitlement date for the Proposed Bonus issue of Warrants will be changed from 8 December 2022 to 9 December 2022 due to the closure of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 November 2022 in conjunction with the special holiday on 28 November 2022. The ex-date and listing date have been correspondingly changed as per the above.
