On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 29 November 2022, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 28 February 2023 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the submission of the circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
