We refer to the announcement dated 30 August 2022.

 

Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (Sime Darby Plantation) wishes to announce that the Company has, on 1 December 2022, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with SDPBT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SD Property, for the Proposed Disposal of Kapar Land owned by Sime Darby Plantation to SDPBT for a cash consideration of RM618,000,000.00 subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
