We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 27 October 2022 and 16 November 2022.

We further refer to the case management of OS 105 (action of BT Investment Capital Limited and Best Venture Capital Sdn Bhd against the Company and its directors and Impian Nuri Sdn Bhd) today before the learned Judge, YA Dato’ Mohd Zaki bin Abdul Wahab.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that parties are in discussion for the costs to be paid by BT Investment Capital Limited and Best Venture Capital Sdn Bhd to the Company and its directors for the withdrawal of OS 105.

Further announcements will be made from time to time in respect of any material developments of this matter.
