PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 167,193,400 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN NETX, REPRESENTING UP TO APPROXIMATELY 20% OF THE EXISTING TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF NETX, TO INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY INVESTOR(S) TO BE IDENTIFIED LATER AT AN ISSUE PRICE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE

(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 2 December 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.)

 

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 2, 13, 22 and 23 December 2021, 2 and 15 June 2022 and 31 October 2022 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date to seek its approval for an extension of time of six (6) months from 24 December 2022 up to 23 June 2023 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
