Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 October 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercise (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to shareholders dated 28 October 2022 in relation to the Corporate Exercise (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements and Circular.
