ITRONIC - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 875,060,548 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN INDUSTRONICS ("SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 2 RIGHTS SHARES FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING SHARE HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 23 DECEMBER 2022 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE"), AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.08 PER RIGHTS SHARE, TOGETHER WITH UP TO 656,295,411 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 3 WARRANTS FOR EVERY 4 RIGHTS SHARES SUBSCRIBED FOR ("RIGHTS ISSUE")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex- Rights Issue” as from: 22 Dec 2022
2)    The last date of lodgment : 23 Dec 2022
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct<2/3>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <2/3>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks:

The abridged prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment relating to the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company who have registered addresses in Malaysia and whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors as at the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders").

Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date.

The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia. The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders no later than 2 market days after the Entitlement Date.
