Further to the Company’s announcements made on 5 August 2022, 9 August 2022, 5 September 2022 and 14 October 2022 pertaining to the notice of proposed decision issued by the MyCC, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the MyCC had via its letter dated 16 December 2022, extended the deadline for LFM to file its written representations by 12.00 p.m. on 31 January 2023.

Further announcement will be made as and when there is material development on the above matter.
