The Board wishes to announce that the Board has on 21 December 2022 received a notification from RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the offer document dated 21 December 2022 in relation to the Offer, together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer, and a summary notification have been published today on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website at https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company_announcement?company=8311

The summary notification together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer have been despatched to the holders of the Offer Shares in accordance with Paragraph 11.06 of the Rules.
