The Board of Directors of Permaju (the “Board”) wishes to announce that Permaju Plantation Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Rintisan Bumi (M) Sdn Bhd) (“PPSB”) [Registration No. 199401018328 (304007-P)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 28 December 2022, entered into a Cooperation Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Felcra Bekalan & Perkhidmatan Sdn Bhd (“FBPSB”) [Registration No. 200001004141 (506746-D)], to carry out the Project and the Permitted Activities, by managing and operating an agriculture park including access roads, drains and other infrastructure complete with necessary amenities of which is to be known as Agro Park Seberang Perak Project (“Project Works”) on a piece of land measuring approximately 634,470 square meters held under H.S.(D) 14932, PT9424, Mukim Pasir Salak, Daerah Perak Tengah, Negeri Perak with the address at Lot PT 9424 at Daerah Seberang Perak, Negeri Perak (the “Land”) which shall be focusing on agriculture activities such as planting, cultivating, harvesting crops and livestock for raw consumable supplies (“Permitted Activities”) (the “Project”), in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

PPSB and FBPSB are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
