Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SDP or the Company) wishes to announce changes to the composition of the following Board Committees of SDP:
(i) Sustainability Committee (SC)
The appointments of Dato’ Halipah Esa as the new Chairman and Dato’ Idris Kechot as a new Member of the SC of the Company with effect from 29 December 2022.

The resignation of Datuk Mohd Anwar Yahya, and appointment of Dato’ Sri Sharifah Sofianny Syed Hussain as a new Member of the BTC of the Company with effect from 29 December 2022.
