SERBA DINAMIK HOLDINGS BERHAD ("SDHB" OR "THE COMPANY") (INTERIM LIQUIDATOR APPOINTED)
MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17 ("PN 17") OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS ("MMLR") OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES")

In compliance with paragraph 4.1 of PN 17 and further to the announcements made on 6 January 2022, 3 February 2022,1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 1 July 2022, 1 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022 and 1 December 2022, the Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to inform that the Company is looking into formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”) to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under PN 17.
