The changes in the interest of Mr Peter Ling Ee Kong on 3 October 2022 was due to acquisition of 200 shares in the Company. The transaction was unintentionally overlooked and resulted in late submission. 

The Company had completed the shares split exercise on 4 November 2022 where every one (1) shares has become four (4) shares. Therefore, before the shares split, the balance holding of shares for the specific account that transacted the 200 shares would have been 556,400 shares and after the shares split, the balance holding of shares would be 2,225,600 shares.

The calculation of percentage of securities transacted is according to the total issued paid capital (excluding treasury shares) as at 3 October 2022, which amounted to 19,884,234.
