Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Ta Win wishes to announce that it has offered 252,730,000 options over new shares ("Options") to Directors and employees of Ta Win group of companies under its Share Issuance Scheme ("SIS").
