We refer to the announcements made on 28 October 2022 and 27 December 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 10 January 2023, resolved to grant DPS an extension of time until 31 January 2023 to comply with paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of applications on the Proposed Share Consolidation, Proposed Rights Issue and Proposed ESOS to Bursa Securities.
