SERBADK had on 10 January 2023 announced that the Court has granted a Winding Up Order against the Company.
Kindly be advised that trading in the securities of SERBADK will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 18 January 2023 until further notice, pursuant to paragraph 16.02(1)(j) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
