CITAGLOBAL BERHAD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS WZ SATU BERHAD) ("CITAGLOBAL" OR "THE COMPANY") - ACQUISITION OF THE REMAINING 38.89% EQUITY INTEREST IN WZS POWERGEN SDN. BHD.

We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 11 January 2023 in relation to the acquisition of the remaining 38.89% equity interest in WZS Powergen Sdn. Bhd. Unless otherwise stated, the words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in this Announcement.

The Company wishes to provide the following additional information / clarification in relation to the Announcement:

1. The expected date for the commencement of power generation operations of WZS Biogas Jerantut Sdn. Bhd. is on the 1 April 2023.

2. The Shared Profit is for a period of 365 days with expected commencement date from 1 April 2023 to 30 March 2024.
