The Manager is proposing for the termination of the Fund due to the small fund size which limits the Fund’s ability to meet its investment objective via a Unit Holders’ meeting to be held on 9 February 2023.
The passing of the Special Resolution by the Unit Holders will allow the Manager, and the Trustee to proceed with the termination of the Fund.
