Revaluation of Investment Properties pursuant to Paragraph 10.02 (b)(i) of the Guidelines on Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts ("Listed REIT Guidelines") issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC")

The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis-REIT wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, the trustee of Axis-REIT, has carried out a revaluation on all the investment properties in the portfolio of Axis-REIT in accordance with Paragraph 10.02 (b)(i) of the SC's Listed REIT Guidelines.
