The Company wishes to announce that the remaining Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS") that was issued further to the approval obtained from the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on 11 December 2017 have all been redeemed at its issue price of RM0.57 each, amounting to RM58,190,730.00.
The Company has also on 20 January 2023 paid out a cumulative preference dividend, amounting to RM18,156,546.39, to the RCPS holder in accordance to the terms of the RCPS as stated in the Circular to shareholders dated 30 October 2017.
