Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 22 June 2022, 29 June 2022, 7 July 2022, 19 July 2022, 11 August 2022, 7 September 2022, 9 September 2022, 12 September 2022, 14 September 2022, 15 September 2022, 16 September 2022, 25 November 2022, 10 January 2023 on the above matter.

 

Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

 

The Company wishes to announce that Empire has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court’s decision dated 10 January 2023 in respect of MAA’s Variation Application at Enclosure 42. In this regard, the Company’s solicitors had on 19 January 2023, been served by Empire’s solicitors with an unsealed copy of a Notice of Appeal dated 19 January 2023.

 

The Company will make further announcement on the above matter as and when there is a material development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions and/or orders by the Court.
