The Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting ("10th AGM") of the Company. 

The Shareholders' Mandate approved by the Company's Shareholders at the previous Ninth Annual General Meeting held on 26 April 2022 will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming 10th AGM of the Company, unless authority for its renewal is obtained from the Shareholders at the said 10th AGM.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the information on the above will be issued to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
