Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 24 August 2022, 26 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 30 November 2022 and 22 December 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time up to 30 April 2023 for the Company to submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition to Bursa Securities.
