We refer to the announcements dated 28 October 2022, 17 November 2022, 25 November 2022, 7 December 2022, 12 December 2022, 10 January 2023, 11 January 2023 and 3 February 2023 in relation to the Proposed SCR.

On behalf of the Board, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had, on 13 February 2023, filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company in accordance with Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
