We refer to the announcements made on 22 March 2021, 30 March 2021, 16 April 2021, 1 April 2022, 6 April 2022, 20 September 2022 and 21 October 2022 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 14 February 2023 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the first and final tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0769 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.0085 or approximately 9.95% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of AIM Shares up to and including 13 February 2023 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0854 per AIM Share.
