We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 13 February 2023 in relation to the Creditors’ Voluntary Winding-Up of subsidiary and we wish to provide the following additional information:-

a)  Dolphin Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("DESB") was incorporated on 14 October 1992 under the Companies Act, 2016 and was principally involved in the sale, design, engineering, development and integration of pneumatic, hydraulic and related proprietary systems and products for the palm oil milling sector. DESB has ceased its business operation since 4 November 2021.

b)  DESB is not a major subsidiary of the Company in accordance with Paragraph 1.01 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
