The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of preparing and finalising its regularisation plan to address its financial condition.

With the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities until 31 May 2023, the Company has approximately three (3) months to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities and such other regulatory authorities, where applicable, for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcement with regards to any development on the above matter.
