On behalf of the Board, KAF IB and Astramina Advisory are pleased to announce that the Company’s existing number of 1,897,333,790 Shares will be consolidated into 379,466,490 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 6 March 2023.
