(I)	SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 June 2022, 9 August 2022, 14 September 2022, 21 September 2022, 6 October 2022, 17 February 2023 and 3 March 2023 in relation to, among others, the Share Consolidation.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB and Astramina Advisory are pleased to announce that the Share Consolidation has been completed following the listing and quotation of 379,466,490 Consolidated Shares, 3,080,717 Consolidated ICPS, 36,648,073 Consolidated Warrants A and 12,367,913 Consolidated Warrants B on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. today.
