Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 March 2023, filed an Originating Summons and Affidavit in Support against Ms. Yeong Moo Fun, Cik. Kalsom binti Mohamad and Liziz Platinum Sdn. Bhd. in the Kuala Lumpur High Court (Suit No. WA-24NCC-116-03/2023).
