We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Collaborations, the abbreviations and definitions herein referred are solely in relation to the Proposed Collaborations.

On behalf of the Board, we wish to announce that on 13 March 2023, TCB and the respective Landowners had mutually agreed to extend the Commencement Period for the respective JDAs (excluding the Suci Padu JDA), for another period of 12 months commencing from 13 March 2023 and expiring on 12 March 2024. Other terms and conditions of the JDAs remained unchanged.
