Remarks :
1.  The Audit Committee shall be read as ARMC.

2.  Following the redesignation of Datuk Mohamed Salleh Bin Bajuri  to "Non-Independent Non-Executive", he relinquished his role as the Chairman of the ARMC, in accordance with the ARMC's terms of reference which require the Chairman to be an independent director.

3.  Mr Chai Yee Choong be appointed as Chairman of the ARMC in place of Datuk Mohamed Salleh Bin Bajuri.
