The new composition of the Remuneration Committee ("RC") with effect from 15 March 2023 shall be as follows:-

Remarks :
1.  Datuk Yunos Abd Ghani be appointed as new member of NC in place of Tan Sri Dato' Seri Hj Megat Najmuddin Bin Datuk Seri Dr Hj Megat Khas, who resigned in line the new Practice 1.4 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2021, which was issued by Securities Commission Malaysia on 28 April 2021.

2.  The RC currently does not has a chairman, but the RC intends to elect a chairman from among its members who shall be non-executive director based on the RC's terms of reference.
