On 23 February 2023, the Board of Directors of Duopharma Biotech (“Board”) declared a second interim dividend of 1.8 sen per ordinary share in Duopharma Biotech (“Duopharma Biotech Shares”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and resolved that the DRP, which was approved at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31 May 2018, would apply to the said second interim dividend. 

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 March 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the listing and quotation of the new Duopharma Biotech Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
