Remarks :
1.  The resignation of Tan Sri Dato' Seri Hj Megat Najmuddin Bin Datuk Seri Dr Hj Megat Khas is in line with the new Practice 1.4 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2021, which was issued by Securities Commission Malaysia on 28 April 2021.

2. Datuk Yunos Abd Ghani be appointed as member of RC following the resignation of Tan Sri Dato' Seri Hj Megat Najmuddin Bin Datuk Seri Dr Hj Megat Khas.

3.  The RC currently does not has a chairman, but the RC intends to elect a chairman from among its members who shall be non-executive director based on the RC's terms of reference.
