- Federal Court Malaysia Civil Application No. 08(f)-26-02/2023(P) (TF Land Sdn Bhd ("the Applicant") v Tan Syn Wei (administrator to the estate of the Deceased, Tan Chew Hua) ("1st Respondent) & Mahkamah Perusahaan Malaysia ("2nd Respondent"))

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 February 2023.

 

Further to the case management held on 15 March 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Court has given the following instructions : -

 

1) The Applicant is to filed "Afidavit Balasan" on or before 29 March 2023; and

2) Both parties are to file "Hujahan Bertulis", "Ikatan Otoriti", "Ikatan Teras Bersama" dan "Ringkasan Kes Eksekutif", if necessary before 30 May 2023.

 

The Court has fixed the next case management via e-Review on 31 May 2023 and Hearing of Enclosure 1 - Leave to appeal on 14 June 2023.

 

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
