(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

We refer to the announcements made on 21 November 2022, 22 November 2022, 18 January 2023, 7 February 2023 and 3 March 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the existing number of 292,663,666 Shares as at the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation as at 5.00 p.m. on 17 March 2023 (“Entitlement Date”) will be consolidated into 97,554,209 Consolidated Shares pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

 

The 97,554,209 Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 20 March 2023, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
