- 	PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF 705,892 ORDINARY SHARES IN CYPRIUM WIRE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD ("CWT"), REPRESENTING 15% OF THE TOTAL ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF CWT, FROM ASIA POLY HOLDINGS BERHAD ("ASIA POLY" OR "VENDOR") FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM12,000,000.00 ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")

The Board of Directors of Ta Win wishes to announce that Cyprium Capital Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 23 March 2023 entered into a Sale Share Agreement with Asia Poly to acquire a total of 705,892 ordinary shares in CWT, representing 15% equity interest in CWT for a purchase consideration of RM12,000,000.00.

 

The Proposed Acquisition is deemed as a related-party transaction pursuant to Paragraph 10.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
